I came across this blog today featured on Huffington Post and felt so compelled to share it with you. It’s the final blog entry from Charlotte Kitley right before she passed away from her battle with bowel cancer. A wife and mother of two, Charley courageously shared her final thoughts and wishes in such an honest and beautiful way that for so many of us, has only been shared behind closed doors.
